The Institute of Innovation Management is an applied research unit within the HSE Graduate School of Business. Since its founding in 2009, the Institute has built deep expertise at the intersection of innovation policy, technology business, and management practice.

We conduct rigorous, field-based research and deliver actionable analytical solutions for clients across business, government, and development institutions. Our work spans three core areas:
- Research & Analysis — in-depth studies of high-growth technology companies, innovation ecosystems, corporate innovation culture, and national innovation policy
- Advisory & Project Support — analytical and organizational support for business support programs, development institutions, and government agencies at the federal and regional levels
- Education & Knowledge Transfer — development of educational programs, business cases, and case collections in innovation management and entrepreneurship
